A handling fee of 15% applies for delivery, set-up and removal after your event. Our well-trained, English speaking, uniformed teams will set-up the furniture & lights at the venue for you. The handling fee is calculated over the hire amount (so excluding any branding/covid testing charges), and a minimum applies: Urban Dubai without restrictions: 750 AED, ex vat UAE urban zones without restrictions: 1,350 AED, ex vat Remote locations in the UAE and abroad: by quotation Restrictions: certain venues are more complicated in terms of physical access, gate passes and security clearance, so a surcharge will apply. E.g: free zones, desert, off-shore, international, high-security areas. PCR tests are charged separately if needed. For multiple-day rental the handling fee will be calculated over the rental amount for one-day. Additional fees will apply if we need to do multiple visits during your event for logistical reasons. We will notify you prior to confirming your booking of any possible surcharges.
